PARENT LETTER/CODE OF CONDUCT HANDBOOK
Dear Parents/Guardians and Student Athletes,
This handbook on the this page is provided to you, to communicate the rights and responsibilities of all those participating in sports contests for Sauganash Elementary School. The cooperation of the athlete and his or her parents and coach are equally important to a productive season. Please review all materials together before making a commitment by signing the required forms. In addition, many of our sports practice at Sauganash Park and much like the games are required to find their own transportation!
We hope all of our sports have a great season.

** Your child’s playing time or participation in contests is reliant on their dedication to the team. This means consistently showing up for practices, team events, and getting the job done in the classroom. Students with any grade marks of a D or F will be ineligible during that time.
Code of Conduct, Concussion Agreement, & Uniforms
By Turing in the CPS SCORE registration packet/goggle form my child and I have read, understand, and agree to the Sauganash School Athletics Code of Conduct and Concussion Form. Additionally, your child's uniform will be returned in the manner it was received.
